Analyst-Programmers

Having experienced significant growth over the past few years and with serious expansion plans, we are looking to recruit up to 6 Analyst-Programmer and up to 4 Senior Analyst Programmers. These posts not only offer a very competitive salary for the right people, they also offer the opportunity to work at the forefront of web development utilising many of the latest Microsoft technologies and the chance to work with an innovative and leading-edge company developing state of the art software.

For the Analyst-Programmer role you will have at least 2-3 years experience working with Visual Basic, SQL 2000/2005, C#, XSLT, T-SQL and web development (ASP, HTML, Java-script).Some knowledge of .NET would be preferable but not essential. Ideally with a degree in Computer Science, you will be used to developing enterprise quality code that supports in excess of 300 users concurrently and have experience of full software development lifecycle .Although you will be working in part of a team, you must be able to work on your own initiative.

Salary range: £30,000 - £35,000 neg.

First Line Support Analyst

Role: First Line Support Analyst
Reporting to: First Line Support Team Leader
Location: Office Based – Kingston Upon Thames

Role Summary:

Working within the Support Team providing software support and basic training to users on front and back office web based solution in a fast growing company
This is not a Microsoft network/domain administration or hardware support role

Role Purpose:

Help desk support – answering support calls from clients and processing support emails
Logging calls on internal system, using own initiative and taking ownership of queries
Investigating and resolving queries where possible or escalating them to the 2nd line support team where necessary
Liaising with the other teams on the resolution of queries
Testing new software functionality developed and assisting the quality assurance process
Creating and reviewing help files to assist clients using the system
Liaising with the Account Management Team and other key members of staff on improving business processes
Assisting with remote telephone training for new users, when applicable
Supporting the Account Manager with client liaison
General administrative duties

Senior Analyst-Programmers

For the Senior Analyst-Programmer role you must have at least 5 years experience developing web-based solutions. Your experience will include migrating software and investigating and developing new architecture. This is a more complex role as your work will be primarily involved in designing and building IntelliFlo’s latest product, NIO. This is using .NET technologies and therefore you must have extensive experience of .NET v2 and ideally v3 including Workflow Foundation, Windows Communication Foundation, Enterprise Application Block. Working within a team you will be expected to mentor more junior members.

Salary range: £40,000 - £45,000 neg.
