Our growth in user numbers is second to none and far outstrips our largest competitor over the same period. Since our MBO in December 2004 we have taken on clients as small as a one user through to the likes of National Australia Bank, Bluefin, Lighthouse Group, Honister Capital, SimplyBiz Services plc, AXA UK plc, Caerus Wealth Management Group, Foster Denovo, Close Asset Management (UK) ltd and Sense network to name just a few.

All users access the same product; however, added value can be achieved by comprehensive configuration. In essence, a single user can have all of the same functionality a larger organisation would use or they can decide to take the "out the box" solution.

We have seen the move from DOS to Windows and now it is the move from Windows to Web. Only Intelligent Office offers a broad and functional enterprise web-based solution for financial advice organisations. We have helped more new clients bypass investing in legacy desktop solutions than any other provider Web-based is the future of business applications.

Due to the web based nature of our solution, it is user friendly and requires less training than the legacy desktop solutions whilst offering powerful functionality which saves users time and money. That said, those companies that have invested in further training report major savings via productivity gains.
