Intelligent Office 2.0 gives you fast and reliable access to leading research and quotation sources without having to leave the system; the quotes are in effect completed from within Intelligent Office 2.0. Utilising user-friendly, templated quotation forms, the quote request is sent to the selected provider, where it is processed and returned to Intelligent Office usually within seconds.
Once the quotation has been viewed, it is then saved automatically against the client record, building a compliance record as you go. There is no need to print, scan and upload the quotation against the client’s profile.
Intelligent Office 2.0’s web-based design gives you the advantage of being able to access and save quotations remotely from any location. Also as the client record is centrally held it means you can be sure you are viewing the most up to date information on the client at all times.
Fund research is carried out through our financial planner and fund analysis modules. This fully integrated capability enables the effective streamlining of the research and rebalancing process, the output of which can be delivered to the client in a branded report.
Currently Intelligent Office links with Assureweb, The Exchange and Trigold for quotations and with eValue and Financial Express for risk profiling and investment data such as price feeds, fund fact sheets, etc.
