Call us and speak to a real person. Old-fashioned and basic
we know but it works and is the most preferred method of our
users. Our support staff are helpful, knowledgeable and have
a "can do" attitude. Interestingly though, we have
very few support calls a day. The reason for this is that
Intelligent Office is very easy to use and has a consistent
way of working.

E-mail support has its place but our users tend to use this
for enhancement requests rather than day to day support. We
have robust systems which feed back the ongoing progress of
any request made.

Support files |
We have various training and support files which can be accessed
within Intelligent Office. These give instant access to information
on common areas to allow you to quickly resolve any training
questions you may have. These files are all instantly accessible
within the Intelligent Office application
