Data Migration & Data Cleansing

Many of our new clients come from other legacy back-office solutions and as a result of this we are experienced and highly skilled at migrating the data from your current system into Intelligent Office.

Unlike some of our competitors we undertake this task in-house on the basis that this data is the lifeblood of your organisation and therefore needs to be imported in a manner that best reflects our continually evolving product.

Implementation

The implementation of a solution is, in many respects, one of the most important parts of the process. We have had a great deal of experience implementing Intelligent Office in organisations of all sizes, from one man bands to large national companies. We apply the same project management disciplines for all. As a client of ours you will benefit from our comprehensive project implementation schedule.

Unlike most desktop back office solutions, we do not need to install software on your server or the PC's that require access to the software. Instead we take the time to configure the solution for your organisations individual needs.

Examples of installation and configuration are as follows:

IntelliFlo can configure your commission rules including splits, claw backs and introducers. On compliance we configure your file checking rules, i.e. the percentage of cases of each product type that you want to be automatically reviewed. Workflow is another example, with our system you can configure a set of rules for new business which incorporate tasks and other elements that must be completed before a case can progress.

So you could spend ££££ with our competitors installing the software or have us take the time to configure our solution around your organisations specific needs.
