Account Management

A key part of our client service is the Account Management Team. The team bring a wealth of experience both of Intelligent Office and the Financial Services sector with backgrounds working for IFAs, providers and competitors which enables them to truly understand the end users requirements and ensure they are receiving the most out of Intelligent Office. Each client has a designated Account Manager, who is the primary business contact for the client. We take pride in offering a personal first class service to all clients. As a team we have a strong work ethic and truly believe this is reflected in our overall customer service proposition.

Establishing and maintaining a strong client relationship through regular close contact, the Account Management Team can identify clients’ needs, offer advice and provide bespoke solutions. The Account Management team send out monthly tips on an area of Intelligent Office functionality which have been well received, as well as communications on new enhancements after each release and other industry news and proposed plans for Intelligent Office.

As well as these regular communications, Regional Users Groups were launched in 2009 and are run around the UK by the Account Management team every few months. These have proven to be very successful and have enabled our users to get together to share their ideas, thoughts and best practices.

The Account Management team are there to ensure that our clients’ optimise their usage of Intelligent Office to support their growing businesses.
