Our advisers have more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry and are supported by our team of hugely experienced individuals working on administration and research.

Our business is based on building long term relationships with our clients and as result almost 95% of business comes from referrals.

It was obvious to us some years ago that a tool such as Intelligent Office’s Personal Finance Portal (PFP) was going to be vital to our business. With the introduction of RDR and other associated regulatory changes, the ability to communicate with our clients directly, electronically and, most importantly, securely was going to be hugely important. Through PFP, we are able to record all client communication very easily, which is vital if we are to provide a full audit of our conversations and advice offered. Remaining compliant is always in the forefront of our minds.

PFP and Intelligent Office together have really enabled us to up our game when it comes to our client proposition. Intelligent Office produces highly visual and configurable reports which our clients find very informative while being easy to read and understand. Then, via PFP, we can give them access to this report and any other information they want on their investments, along with up-to-date valuations any time they ask and at no additional cost to us. We have seen recommendations flood in recently and this is fundamentally down to using PFP alongside Intelligent Office. Clients can see very easily what we have done for them.

A further advantage of PFP is that we can service clients wherever they are at no extra cost to us. We will always see our clients within the timescales we have agreed, but if we have a client who is on an annual review, we will still communicate with them several times a year via PFP. Again, all this reinforces to the client how hard we are working for them whilst improving their satisfaction with us.
