We used to use IRESS Adviser Office (AO) and they were trying to move us to their newer system, XPlan, so we thought that it was a good opportunity to reassess all of the available options to see what was on offer. We needed to move forward as a company – we have grown considerably over the last two years, with three new advisers joining the team to make a total of seven now. Our system needed to move forward to keep pace.

We were impressed with iO. The Intelliflo team was very professional and knowledgeable. The system looked good, too. We were aware that we needed to improve a number of our processes and an important factor for me, was our workflows.

The onboarding process to iO was fantastic. The Intelliflo team was organised and kept us involved in everything that was going on. There was a lot of work involved in changing our system and we did a data cleanse as part of the migration from AO too. It all came together neatly when we went live and we’ve benefited from the smoother processes and time savings that iO have given us. We have thirteen iO users now and my team of five admin staff have really taken to it.

I can’t really fault how the iO implementation went. Moving to a new system was a daunting prospect for us because we had used Adviser Office for so long – but the process worked well and the Intelliflo team was there if we did have any queries. The trainers were excellent and very patient
