customer-stories_photo-kwSince 1994, Midland Independent Financial Services have been offering clients a continually focused and innovative service. Our small team of financial advisers offers advice and expertise on pensions, investments, mortgages and protection from our office in Cannock.

Our business has been built on hard work, recommendations and referrals and the belief that investing in the latest technology will help our business stay ahead of the field. As a result of investing in Simply Intelliflo Plus in 2009, we are now reaping the benefits.

We switched to Simply Intelliflo Plus from Quay software. We were battling to get the best out of our previous system as it was difficult to navigate around, not user friendly and far too complicated to use. We struggled to understand how the system fully worked and therefore felt it was not a cost effective solution. Also, we increasingly wanted to produce portfolio reports for our clients and our previous system was unable to do this.

As our business began to grow, we were finding more and more that our previous system was hindering us. We wanted a complete, front, middle and back office system that offers us simplicity as well as further efficiencies throughout the business. If we were to grow the business, we needed a system that we could rely on and have confidence in. The final factor in moving over to Simply Intelliflo Plus was the fact that the system provides us with roughly 90% of everything we required to support our business.
