PFP Overview
In this session we will give a comprehensive overview of the Personal Finance Portal and how it can benefit your business as well as be an invaluable tool for your clients to manage all of their finances. The session will include an overview of the set up process within Intelligent Office to allow a client access as well as how the portal can be used from an end users’ perspective.

Document Designer
The Document Designer session will look at how firms can create high quality client facing material such as letters or portfolio reports, using data from within Intelligent Office. The session will also look at some of the normal tools available in Word that can be used to enhance your documents.

Integrations
This session will demonstrate the key elements of the integration between Intelligent Office (iO) and Advisa Centa, by showing its powerful suite of analysis, forecasting and planning solutions. We will also look at our Wealthlink integrations showing the seamless link and benefits of submitting new business direct to provider and platform systems.

Business Management and workflows
This session will focus on the setting up of Tasks and Workflows within Intelligent Office that can help streamline and standardise your business processes. We will show you how to configure your own Tasks and Task Categories and add these to Workflows that can mirror you internal administration and compliance processes. This will include the creating of automatic Workflow triggers on Client and Plan creation as well as automatically assigning tasks by individual or role within your organisation. We will conclude the session by showing you how you can link tasks to Document Designer Templates.
