Intelligent Office boasts flexible online document management and storage solutions to suit all your needs

From a document management perspective, Intelligent Office (iO) integrates with INVU, Virtual Cabinet and Volume enabling you scan documents directly into iO and use the client binders and document categorisation features to retrieve documents simply and securely from any location.

We also offer you the option to choose where your documents are housed. This can be on our servers or using a third party supplier such as Amazon S3, with no back-ups required as we’ll do that for you.
