Intelligent Office launch

Intelliflo was established in 2004 and Intelligent Office, our market leading business management software, was launched

25th integration live

Integrations including Zurich, Old Mutual Wealth, L&G and Prudential were launched in Intelligent Office, making their services to available to our users

2005

First national bancassurance client

National Australia Bank adopted Intelligent Office to support its wealth management operations in the UK

2006

First network onboarded

Lighthouse, the national network of financial advisory firms, adopted Intelligent Office as its business management system

2007

First national advisory firm goes live

The Foster Denovo and Sense networks adopted Intelligent Office as their business management system

2008

50th integration live 

Intelligent Office launched its 50th integration partner with functionality added to Intelligent Office by Financial Express, The Exchange, Assureweb and GB Group, among others

2009

500th client

Our 500th client adopted Intelligent Office as their business management system!

2010

Intelligent Office for mortgage advisers and brokers launched

A more streamlined version of Intelligent Office was launched for use by mortgage advisers and brokers

2011

125th integration live

Intelligent Office launched its 125th integration partner, welcoming functionality to Intelligent Office from companies including Trigold, Mortgage Brain, Ascentric and Citi Quilter

2012

Provider update

Intelliflo launched its Wealthlink solution, which enables users of Intelligent Office to electronically submit information direct to the UK’s leading provider platforms

RDR enhancements

RDR enhancements were made to Intelligent Office's adviser charging, quote portals, fact find and portfolio reporting functionality

1,000th client

Our 1,000th client adopted Intelligent Office as their business management system!

2013

Company investment

HgCapital, a leading European private equity investor in B2B technology companies, became a majority shareholder in Intelliflo

175th integration live

Intelligent Office launched its 175th integration partner, welcoming functionality from Aviva, Zurich and Direct Life & Pensions, among others

2014

Executive team expansion

Hamish Purdey joins the executive team

2015

Launch of the Personal Finance Portal (PFP)

Intelliflo launched the Personal Final Portal, including secure messaging, document sharing and client valuations, as part of Intelligent Office

Launch of PFP Premium

Intelliflo launched PFP Premium with enhanced functionality, including client servicing, electronic valuations, campaign and content management and a fact find capability

Launch of Open API

Intelliflo's Open API was launched to open up Intelligent Office via an extensive set of REST APIs, allowing direct and secure access to its data and capabilities

Executive team expansion

Rob Walton joins the executive team

2016

Launch of PFP Automated Advice

Intelliflo launched Automated Advice, featuring asset allocation and recommendations, as well as integrated co-browsing via video, voice and chat functionality

Integration with DocuSign

DocuSign was made available to Intelligent Office users for the secure sending an receiving of documents, aiding with GDPR compliance

2017

First robo-adviser using PFP goes live

Intelligent Office's PFP service was used to perform a robo-advice function for the first time, enabling the advice firm to offer traditional and robo advice models together

ISO27001 certificate awarded

Intelliflo was awarded ISO27001 certification, showcasing our adherence to the highest security standards

2,000th client goes live

Our 2,000th client adopted Intelligent Office as their business management system!

2018

iO Store goes live

Intelliflo launched the iO Store, an app store within Intelligent Office, with 50 apps live in the first three months

60th robo-adviser using PFP goes live

Intelligent Office's PFP service is now utiised by 60 firms to offer a robo-advice service to their clients alongside their traditional advice model

Invesco acquires Intelliflo

Intelliflo was acquired by Invesco, heralding a new chapter in the Intelliflo story, signalling a continued commitment to independence with open architecture, increased investment and a more global outlook

2019

Tenet Group signs five year deal with Intelliflo

Tenet Group has signed an initial five year contract with Intelliflo for the provision of Intelligent Office to its network of over 1,300 investment and mortgage advisers

Intelliflo builds team for international expansion

Intelliflo is structuring its business team to deliver expansion internationally, with Australia the first country in the delivery pipeline

Intelliflo acquires i4C Technology

Intelliflo has acquired i4C Technology, a market-leading UK provider of digital cashflow modelling applications for financial advisers

Intelliflo the first software company globally to achieve both the ISO22222 and The Paraplanner Standard

Intelliflo’s Intelligent Office management system has been awarded ‘Approved Associate System’ status in relation to the ISO22222 standard and The Paraplanner Standard™ by Standards International

2020

Intelliflo wins ‘Best Technology Provider (practice management)’ at the PA Awards 2020
