The role
This is a 13-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and hit the ground running. You will be responsible for managing a broad and varied marketing remit, spanning events, PR, digital and partner marketing. You’ll be a confident self-starter who is comfortable owning multiple workstreams simultaneously and working cross-functionally across the business.
Key responsibilities
Event Planning and Execution
- Lead on the planning, coordination and execution of intelliflo’s event program
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue, suppliers, budgets, promotional activity and on-site delivery
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure events align with broader marketing and business objectives
- Measure and report on event performance and return on investment
PR and Content
- Manage and steer the relationship with our PR agency, with a focus on building intelliflo’s profile, raising brand awareness and securing consistent coverage across key industry and trade publications
- Brief, review and approve press releases, op-eds and other external media content
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content for the intelliflo website including case studies, monthly thought leadership articles and whitepapers
Digital Marketing
- Own intelliflo (Australia’s) LinkedIn presence, including copy creation and scheduling
- Take full ownership of email marketing via HubSpot, managing the end-to-end creation and distribution of EDMs
- Manage the intelliflo website via WordPress, keeping content, regional updates and partner pages accurate and up to date
- Monitor and report on core performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, impression share) and take proactive actions to improve outcomes.
Partner Marketing
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact for intelliflo’s partners, building strong and collaborative working relationships
- Lead partner marketing meetings to align on activity and take partners through planned marketing programmes
- Drive external-facing partner promotion across social media, partner website pages and PR activity, as well as managing partner communications to intelliflo’s customer base via intelliflo Connect, our customer hub
- Arrange product demonstration calls with local team, supporting partner product adoption and engagement

About you
- Proven experience in a senior B2B marketing role, ideally within financial services or fintech
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform
- Experience managing agency relationships, particularly PR agencies
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently and take ownership
