The eAdviser index scores are determined by analysing your interactions with intelliflo office, providing a detailed per-firm assessment of how you utilise its features and capabilities. We use adoption models across six key areas: valuations, income, document designer, personal finance portal, activity management, and data quality.
These models help identify your position in the adoption journey and measure how effectively you are leveraging the benefits. Each firm receives a score out of 100 in each of the six areas, where 0 indicates no adoption and 100 signifies full and highly effective adoption, with an exception for the Valuation and Income area, we apply a 1.5 weighting to each of these as we view these are as key pillars of adoption. These individual scores are then combined to produce an overall score.
