Intelliflo widens access to financial advice through leading technology which powers the financial advisory experience. We use open software architecture combined with unmatched industry experience to simplify a complex digital landscape to help advisors compete and grow. Our solutions support over 40,000 financial advisors worldwide, representing over ten million end-investors, with over $ trillion assets serviced across our platforms.
Job Purpose:
We’re looking for an inspiring Senior Product Designer to help grow and manage a team of high-performing UX/UI designers, whilst becoming responsible for the delivery of our design vision across our product portfolio. You will be instrumental in defining and delivering intuitive, engaging, and innovative solutions that meet the complex needs of our customers and their clients.
Working with the Head of UX and the other discipline leads within the UX team (Content Design, User Research and Front-end development), you’ll champion the voice of the customer and use your design expertise to help guide the approaches we take for the experiences we create. A key responsibility of this role is to collaborate closely with the UX/UI designers, Product Owners and Technical Architects to oversee the quality of the experiences created across 4 distinct value streams.
This role is a flag bearer for innovative ideas, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the financial advisory space where AI and automation can redefine the hybrid advisory experience for both advisers and clients. We encourage you to bring bold ideas that will elevate our products and challenge industry norms!
Something that means a lot to us here at intelliflo, is finding someone who’s in it for the long run, someone who cares as much about helping us reshape the business culture and processes as much as they do about delivering “best in class” solution for financial advisers and their clients. The next 3-5 years look exciting for us, and building the right UX team for the next chapter starts with this pivotal role. If you’re looking for a challenge and to stretch yourself, then this role offers has strong career progression opportunities.
