The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (wealthlink) to drive adoption and growth of our wealthlink proposition. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role focused on delivering measurable business and client outcomes for our customers.
As a subject matter expert, you’ll engage with existing intelliflo firms, consult on their needs, and demonstrate how wealthlink can transform their operations. You’ll be responsible for building a strong pipeline, driving onboarding, and generating revenue through successful adoption and asset conversion then ongoing.
Collaboration is key – you’ll work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless engagement strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Wealthlink to existing intelliflo customers, showcasing its benefits and business impact.
- Build and manage a pipeline of firms ready for onboarding.
- Drive revenue growth through adoption and asset opportunity conversion.
- Understand, influence and maintain a strategic relationship with businesses & relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver aligned engagement plans.
- Become an SME for our integrated partners within wealthlink – for external & internal promotion
- Represent intelliflo at industry events and provide actionable customer feedback to shape future propositions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on activity and outcomes.
About You
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within fintech or wealth management.
- Strong understanding of UK investment platforms and application for advice businesses & investors.
- Excellent communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving targets.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
