The intelliflo personal finance portal (PFP) is an all-in-one solution that lets your clients understand their financial position in detail, and at a high-level. They can view and amend selected fact find data and get up-to-date valuations across their portfolios.
Why this could benefit you
PFP is included within the core solution and ensures simple and secure communication between you and your clients. Secure messages can be sent between the portal and intelliflo office in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. You can also conduct live chat via text, voice or video calls, with live screen share. Messages and audio are automatically stored against your client’s record in intelliflo office.

Aggregate financial products
Valuations for super/pensions and investments and aggregation of bank accounts to provide a single view of entire wealth, via the Open Banking integration. Also allows for importing of income and expenditure from both bank accounts and credit cards.
Configurable access
Elements of the portal can be removed for some or all clients, and tailored to suit your clients’ service level.
Share documents
Documents can be securely shared between you and your clients with digital signing via DocuSign available if required.
White label and customise appearance
The PFP can be white labelled, allowing you to create your own in-portal branding. If you have multiple businesses or trading styles, each can be set up as a distinct group, with different branding and colour schemes.
Available in app form
PFP is available for your clients as a progressive web app, if needed.

Our CRM functionality gives you unparalleled visibility of your clients’ service level and requirements at any given moment. Dashboard widgets allow personal client data to be visualised, ensuring you interact with them in a way that matches their specific and unique needs. This can be anything from general information to more critical flags presented as banners. You can capture client data via the fact find area, and clients can also access this via the profile area within their client portal. Completion of the fact find will allow you to identify and record client needs. The standard comprehensive fact find can be configured to include your own bespoke questions if required. Plan valuations are pulled into our solution automatically from providers on a regular basis, including underlying fund values.
