Since 2023, Gillian has led operations at Citywide Financial Partners, primarily overseeing finance and technology development, with a particular interest in improving systems, data flows, and operational decision-making as the firm scales up.

With a background in building and scaling fintech products, Thomas has spent his career at the intersection of technology, user experience and financial advice. Before joining Timeline, he worked across multiple startup environments, taking products from early concept through to mature, market-ready solutions.

Kate McManus

Joined intelliflo’s product team in 2023, after spending 2 years supporting our customers as a Customer Relationship Manager.

With over 20 years’ experience working in Financial Advice firms, Kate relishes helping firms and individuals embrace technologies to improve efficiency and provide great service to their clients.

David Moffat

While sitting on various UK and European industry boards and committees, David acts as a freelance consultant in the wealth and asset management sectors.

Born in Zimbabwe and educated in Scotland, David spent 20 years in the asset management industry with Fidelity, Threadneedle and JPMorgan before joining IFDS SS&C from 2007 – 2025 in various business development, proposition and industry affairs roles.

He leads strategy at Albemarle Street Partners and is known for bringing investment ideas to life, helping advisers explain complex concepts clearly, and enabling clients to make smarter long-term investment decisions.

With 19 years of industry experience and nine years at Fairey Associates, I’ve built my career on delivering high-quality advice, strong client relationships, and consistent leadership.

Over the years, I’ve held a variety of roles within the firm, each contributing to my understanding of our clients, our people, and our long‑term vision. In 2025, I was appointed Director, a position that allows me to help shape the strategic direction of the business and support the continued growth of our team.

Derek Smith
Aberdeen

Derek is responsible for the execution of our Product and Technology strategy, driving innovation across product, service and experience. He is spearheading the scaling of our internal digital skills.  Derek joined from Morningstar where he was CTO of the Wealth division.

Derek’s role brings together our technology and proposition teams, and he is responsible for change roadmap delivery.

Paul Thomson-Clark (known as ‘T-C’) has over 30 years of experience in the UK Financial Services, primarily in Financial Advice. He has held various roles, including administrator, paraplanner, learning and development specialist, and business development leader.

T-C joined intelliflo over 10 years ago, starting as a Training Consultant, then becoming a Project Manager, and later a Senior Solutions Consultant. He is now the Director of Sales Solutions, leading a team of 5 Solutions Consultants in the UK, US, and Australia.

Ed supports advisers in developing effective cash management strategies and integrating these into broader financial planning conversations.

With over 15 years’ experience in the UK financial services sector and working on both the client advisory and product side, Ed understands the priorities and challenges faced by both clients and advisers.

Joseph Williams
ZeroKey

Joseph is the current CEO at ZeroKey and is focused on building innovative solutions which help integrate technology and eliminate data rekeying within the financial advice market.

Prior to this, Joseph was a founding member of CashCalc, leading both the marketing and general day-to-day operations from start-up through to its acquisition in 2021.
