Modern Slavery Statement
Financial Year ending 31 December 2026
Published in accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015
intelliflo is committed to operating responsibly, ethically, and with absolute respect for the fundamental rights of every person connected to our business. Modern slavery encompassing forced labour, human trafficking, and all related forms of exploitation is a severe violation of those rights. We have zero tolerance for it in any form.
1. Our Organisation
intelliflo is a UK-based global fintech, providing software and technology solutions to the financial services industry. We operate across the UK, Australia, and India, and our people – employed directly or engaged as contractors — are central to everything we do.
Our approach to modern slavery sits within intelliflo’s broader Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Policy, approved by the Executive Leadership Team and reviewed annually.
2. Our Policies
intelliflo maintains a suite of policies that directly support the prevention of modern slavery and the protection of human rights:
- ESG Policy — covering human rights due diligence, ethical recruitment, fair pay, and supply chain standards
- Code of Conduct — zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, and exploitation
- Procurement Policy — setting clear standards for how we engage suppliers
- Supplier Code of Conduct — making our expectations of third parties explicit
- Whistleblowing & Anonymous Reporting — confidential channels available in every region, with protections against retaliation
- Recruitment Policy — prohibiting recruitment fees charged to candidates; complying with local labour law across all regions
All UK employees and on-site contractors receive at least the real Living Wage. intelliflo complies with all applicable local and regional legislation, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, the Bribery Act 2010, and UK GDPR.
3. Our Supply Chain
Our supply chains are primarily composed of technology, professional services, and events and travel providers. We recognise that some sectors carry elevated risk, and from 2026 intelliflo is introducing a structured supplier risk categorisation framework:
Risk Description
Low – Good practices and systems in place to prevent instances of modern slavery.
Medium – One or more gaps identified. An action plan will be agreed and monitored.
High – No adequate system in place, or non-compliance found. Escalation required; engagement subject to mitigation.
We require all suppliers to provide details of their ethical, social, and environmental standards, and we conduct due diligence on ESG performance as part of our procurement process.
4. Due Diligence & Risk Management
Our recruitment processes comply with local labour laws in all regions, including UK Employment Law, Indian Labour Codes, and Australia’s Fair Work Act. We explicitly prohibit the charging of recruitment fees to candidates and conduct structured, diverse hiring processes to ensure equal opportunity.
6. Key Performance Indicators
We track the following indicators to measure the effectiveness of our approach:
0 – Identified instances of modern slavery within intelliflo’s operations or supply chain to date
2026 – Supplier risk categorisation framework launched
