How long does it take for you migrate our data?
It can take up to two weeks for our data migration team to work on extracting and cleansing your data. During this time, you can still use your old system (as read only), while adding any new clients into intelliflo office.
What if our data is in really bad shape?
Rest assured, our data migration team will help you, and provide detailed analysis on how to further cleanse your data. This is a prime opportunity to get your data in top shape and let the powerful MI reporting available in intelliflo office work for you and your business.
What resources will we need to get the job done?
While you don’t really need any extra resource, it is an added plus if you have someone who has knowledge of the data and how to navigate and work in Excel. However, we’ll be on hand to walk you through anything that is unclear, and to make sure that when it’s imported into intelliflo office, your data is in the best possible shape it can be.
What are the most common errors you find in customer data?
Inconsistencies. For example, the many different ways to spell the same provider’s name. Also, the lack of data, and how legacy systems have allowed incomplete data. The data analysis we provide back to you with our extracts will help highlight these types of issues, and we can work together on how best to resolve them.
How much of our data will you be able to clean up?
Our data migration team are skilled at cleansing policy numbers, normalising provider names, formatting NI numbers, checking for duplicates of emails and highlighting any missing and mandatory fields. And, if you suspect you have duplicates, we’ll review this with you to determine the best course of action.
