Business & implementation consultancy services

Our Business & Implementation Consultancy Services Team are here to help you every step of the way, with a collective 90+ years of knowledge of both the industry and Intelligent Office. They’re:

  • Experts in business process design, helping you make the most of your investment and our experience of best practice
  • Up-to-date with regulatory changes
  • Specialists in adviser business models, helping you maximise the structure of your organisation and data management

Data migration

When it comes to migrating your database to Intelligent Office (iO), our team of developers and data analysts are truly world class.

They’re experts at helping you with everything from validating, cleansing and optimising your data through to transferring it safely and securely to iO.

What’s more, our team has successfully migrated data from many different systems over the last 10 years. Since 2012, 1 million client records and 2 million client plans from Adviser Office & IRESS XPLAN have been successfully transferred. So rest assured you’ll be in capable hands – see the table below.

Our Training Team have in-depth knowledge of Intelligent Office and are the ‘go to’ experts for helping you identify your training requirements, with a collective 145 years of financial services and training experience combined.

Working closely with our Project Management Team and Business & Implementation Consultants, they can:

  • Tailor training to your needs, both on and off-site
  • Schedule your training requirements in your project plan, whilst minimising disruption to your business and ensuring that your training requirements are met
  • Train a trainer – that’s training a member of your team to become an iO expert, so they in turn can train other members of your team

To ensure you get off to a flying start, we’ll provide you with access to a dedicated support specialist for the first 2 weeks after going live on iO.

Thereafter, you’ll have access to our wider Support Team and your dedicated Account Manager to support you whenever you require.

We ask our clients to score the level of support they received for every case that we close.
