  • Analyse and Negotiate – we arrange for interested parties to provide indicative offers to an agreed timetable, analyse these and provide a detailed diagnosis of each. We negotiate on your behalf resulting in a formal offer and Heads of Terms with the preferred acquirer. 
  • Agreement and Guide – we work with your professional advisers (accountants and solicitors) during the due diligence phase and on the agreement of legal documentation. We guide you through the entire process, keeping you informed every step of the way and providing you with professional peace of mind.
