Our Whistleblower Process
Last updated 6 January 2026
intelliflo employees, or third parties, who have a concern that a potential breach to national or international laws and regulations, or intelliflo policies – specifically those that set obligations for anti-bribery, corruption, and fraud – may have been committed by an employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or third party, working for, or on behalf of, intelliflo, can submit their concerns confidentially through the following email address:
Under UK Whistleblowing law, all employees of a company who make a whistleblowing report regarding potential breaches to bribery, fraud, and corruption laws, are protected from retaliation by the company or persons thereof.
It must be stressed that Whistleblowing laws in the UK are only applicable if the reporter (whistleblower) is an employee of, or working for, the company they are making a whistleblowing report about. Additionally, whistleblowing law does not apply to employment grievances.
However, in the event of an employment grievance, this can still be reported in confidence through the whistleblowing email, or directly to HR – see the intelliflo grievance policy for more details.
Once a report is submitted through the whistleblowing email, a confidential investigation will take place led by the compliance (Operational Resilience) team. This may require confidential engagement with other internal stakeholders such as, but not limited to, HR, security, senior management, and/or external agencies such as financial regulators, the national fraud office, and police.
The intelliflo Executive Leadership Team encourage everyone who has a breach concern to not delay and submit a report at the earliest opportunity.
To assist an accurate and efficient investigation it is requested that the reporter (whistleblower) provides as much information as possible, including their contact details, and:
– Details of the alleged event(s)
– the name of each person involved
– approximate date(s) and location(s) of the event(s), and any additional information
– documentation, other evidence available, or information, to support the report
For further information on the whistleblowing process and additional regional (UK, AUS, IA) reporting options and laws, please see the intelliflo Whistleblowing Policy.

To note. Regardless of your global location / residency, if you are an employee of intelliflo, or work for, or on behalf of intelliflo in the capacity of a contractor, consultant, agent, or other third party, you are subject to the requirements of UK Anti Bribery and Fraud laws. Therefore, you will be subject to criminal investigation if you are believed to have committed, or be involved in, while performing intelliflo business, acts or events which could breach these laws.
Under UK law, it is not just the person(s) found to have breached these laws that would be subject to criminal prosecution, intelliflo leadership would also be culpable if found to have not put proportionate controls in place to help counter such acts and mitigate risk, which in turn could have a catastrophic affect on the reputation, market status, and operational longevity of the company. It is therefore important that everyone working for or on behalf of intelliflo complies with the requirements of such laws and reports any potential breaches, concerns or complaints, without delay as soon as possible.
